Intellectual Property

Most businesses, principally due to advisory costs, have not accorded their IP portfolio the strategic significance it deserves. In a world where IP is omnipresent, doing sustainable business increasingly requires a pro-active IP agenda. Our accessibility allows our client to better identify, protect and monetise their IP portfolios. By making ourselves truly accessible to our clients, especially SMEs, we can guide all our clients through the full IP lifecycle - conception, registration, commercialisation, and, if need be, enforcement. We can help businesses derive the full value offered by their IP portfolio.

We advise on the full spectrum of IP matters to a world-class standard and yet are accessible to all businesses, big or small. Be it patents, industrial designs, utilities, know-how, copyright, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks or personality rights, we support our clients in realising the full potential of their ideas.
