Hotels & Hospitality

The hospitality industry is huge and only continues to grow. Managing risk and reputation in this sector is the key to success. This means not only negotiating the right commercial deal at the outset but also managing, among other things, food hygiene, security, personal injury, intellectual property and privacy issues. GLS lawyers understand the difficulties and anxieties that clients in the hospitality industry face. Above all, we know the most effective ways to resolve problems calmly and efficiently without over-complicating the issue.

Our lawyers understand client needs within this sector and bring extensive knowledge to the table enabling GLS Law to be proactive, commercially-minded and to deliver cutting-edge advice. Members of our team have been employed directly in the hospitality sector with some of our lawyers having previously worked in-house for hotel owners, operators and developers thereby enabling us to deliver specialist sector knowledge to any transaction. GLS Law has acted on behalf of F&B operators, hotel, marina and sports facility developers, operators and owners as well as landlords and tenants.
