Europe: Advised KKR/Bain €7.1bn bid for Portugal Telecom.

Europe: Advised KKR Portfolio Company £475m term loan and £100m revolving credit facility in anticipation of an IPO.

Europe: Advised KKR €515m term loan and €100m revolving credit facility to finance acquisition of Finedining Capital.

Europe: Advised TDR Capital: €280m GP support facility; £103m aggregate commitments under various revolving and term loan credit facilities made to TDR portfolio companies.

Asia Pacific: Advised East Spring Investments on Regulatory and Compliance Issues.

Asia Pacific: Regulatory and Compliance work, Onshore and Offshore Investment Funds and other Alternative investment vehicles with a broad range of investment objectives, including private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.

India: Advised domestic and foreign funds on structure, fund formation and documentation.

ASEAN: Advised a Swedish Fund in the establishment of a Holding structure for the aggregation of interests in Regional technology companies.

UK: Advised on disposal of 10 non-core businesses for AEAT plc to private equity buyers and pre-sale re-organisation of the businesses.

India: Advised a PE fund on an acquisition of a minority stake in a logistics company with a value of ~INR 5000 million.

UAE: Advised a Qatar entity on a school purchase including risk, due diligence, sale and leaseback, negotiations, buy back rights and structuring.

Spain: Advised Blackstone: Repayment and security release relating to €1.2bn sale of Mivisa Envases SAU to Crown Holdings Inc.

Czech Republic: Advising Mid Europa Parnters, Lehman Brothers and Al-Bateen on the EUR700 million senior and mezzanine debt facilities required to fund their acquisition of Falcon, Radiokomunikace, A.S. and a 39.2% shareholding in T-mobile Czech Republic.

Europe: Advising MidOcean Partners on the debt facilities for Thule AB to fund the acquisition of Case Logic Holding Inc.
