Corporate Finance / Banking (Lender): Advising JPM Chase on European security process relating to the refinancing of a US$2billion multi-tranche, multi-currency US credit agreement.
Corporate Finance / Banking (Lender): Advising JPM Chase on a US$250m term loan facility.
Corporate Finance / Banking (Lender): Advising a syndicate of lenders with regard to a US$275m refinancing secured against extensive US care-home assets.
Corporate Finance / Banking (Lender): Advising First Gulf Bank / National Bank of Abu Dhabi in a US$130m corporate financing for a Mubadala portfolio company. Advice included reviewing and advising upon impact of Iran sanctions.
Islamic Finance: Advising Julius Baer in preparing a suite of English and Swiss law governed Shariah compliance finance document precedents.
Islamic Finance: Lead Associate in advising Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in relation to a AED500m mixed Islamic and Conventional financing of a hospital, research centre and staff accommodation development in the GCC.
Islamic Finance: Advising JPM Chase on a US$50m Shariah compliant (Murabaha) structure.
Financial Regulatory: Advising Mizuho Bank in relation to DFSA Conduct of Business requirements.
Financial Regulatory: Advising in international investment bank in relation to DFSA Conduct of Business requirements.
Financial Regulatory: Advising Mizuho Bank in reviewing and assisting with the design of KYC and AML data collection and reporting systems, including information exchange protocols between London, Tokyo and Dubai databases.
